This is a landing net for those who fish small streams and prefer a net with a slightly smaller hoop and net bag. This would also be a nice net for Tenkara style fishing.
The curved handle 8 inch is made of American red elm with the mahogany cap. The 12 x 8 inch hoop is figured mahogany and elm. The red tones of these woods compliment each other as the grain pattern between the wood add contrast. A very handsome net.
